• After 2 days, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used.

• Processing time may vary based on the payment provider.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Certain transactions may be non-refundable based on event-specific policies.

• Any service already availed is not eligible for a refund.
